Hi Everyone,

I cannot believe we are 3 weeks away from our Quilt Show. Today Vicki joined our group so please introduce yourself and make her feel welcome.

Here is a reminder of how we need your assistance for the show:

Could everyone please enter the Town Hall on Thursday 13/8 by the delivery or kitchen doors via the council’s car park.

Quilts to be dropped off at the Town Hall in a cloth bag from 9 - 10am.

Remember to wear your name badge for the duration of the show.

The Raffle will be drawn at 3:30pm on Sunday 16/8.

Robyn J - Stage Sales needs your forms returned by next week 30/7.

Members raffles tickets could they be returned next week to Grace 30/7.

Presentation Day for Show winners 20/8 - could members bring in a glass for some liquid refreshments and morning tea will be provided.

Hunters Hill 2026 Quilt Show

Hunters Hill Quilters are having our biennial quilt show on August 14th to August 16th 2026 at Hunters Hill Town Hall. Apart from a display of beautiful quilts made by members, there will be a display of Waggas, handcrafted items and quilts for sale and our very popular cafe serving homemade cakes and sandwiches. Two hand sewn quilts will also be raffled. We have two generous sponsors for our show - Hunters Hill Council is a major sponsor and Material Obsession.

Retreat

Our Retreat is at North Ryde RSL Club, 27-41 Magdala Road, North Ryde on Tuesday and Wednesday 

8th - 9th September from 10am - 5pm. We need to know numbers so we can finalise the cost. Please see Narelle if you are interested in attending.
