Our biannual Quilt Show will soon be here, so here are some reminders for our members for our bump in day as it is huge and thank you to everyone and family members who has signed up to help us.
We have planned for all our requirements to be available but we must be flexible as sometimes things don’t go according to plan. The committee has worked hard on the floor plan layout and things have changed from previous years, so we are navigating a few new areas and ways for our setup. I am asking for everyone to wait for instructions from the coordinator of the section you are assisting.
Each of our areas has a precise order of construction so we can avoid hazards to our volunteers - make sure of your safety and others at all times. If you feel you cannot manage a task ask for assistance - see Grace or anyone on the Show Committee team.
Hunters Hill 2026 Quilt Show

Hunters Hill Quilters are having our biennial quilt show on August 14th to August 16th 2026 at Hunters Hill Town Hall. Apart from a display of beautiful quilts made by members, there will be a display of Waggas, handcrafted items and quilts for sale and our very popular cafe serving homemade cakes and sandwiches. Two hand sewn quilts will also be raffled. We have two generous sponsors for our show - Hunters Hill Council is a major sponsor and Material Obsession. Show & Tell 
 Heather made this sewing purse to be sold at our Show Retreat Our Retreat is at North Ryde RSL Club, 27-41 Magdala Road, North Ryde on Tuesday and Wednesday 8th - 9th September from 10am - 5pm. We need to know numbers so we can finalise the cost. Please see Narelle if you are interested in attending.
