Hi Everyone, 

Although we were smaller in number today at quilting we achieved a great deal. Grace made up some sewing kits for us to take to the Sydney Craft & Quilt Fair. We also organised the Quilts and Waggas we will display at our booth and Deb collected our information cards from the printer so we are all systems go for our setup on Wednesday week. I will send out reminders to those members who have volunteered to help at the Craft & Quilt Fair on where to go and what to bring.

We took the opportunity to sort through our Community Quilts and we will be delivering 7 quilts to Bear Cottage in Manly and 7 quilts to Ronald McDonald House in Orange. The Woman’s & Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) based in Redfern will receive 4 quilts and Waggas from HHQ within the next couple of weeks. Thank you to the ladies who have organised the delivery to the above organisations.

Sydney Craft & Quilt Fair

The Fair will be held at the ICC Darling Harbour on 25-29 June. 

Mid Week Retreat

Our mid week Retreat is at North Ryde RSL Club, 27-41 Magdala Road, North Ryde on Tuesday and Wednesday 9th - 10th September from 10am - 5pm. Come and enjoy the fun at our Retreat.
