Hi Everyone,
We had an interesting start to the morning at quilting today as the Council decided to send a team of workers to do some spring cleaning to the path and gardens in front of the hall and bus shelter. It was fascinating to watch how each person was delegated to a specific task - one person on the leaf blower, one for the pressure washer, one holding the rake and another with the shovel to remove the dirt on the footpath. All the mess was placed on the road for the street sweeping truck to remove it was pure poetry in motion. Thanks to Sue S for sweeping the annex inside the hall with all the leaves and mess which collected on the wooden floor.
To our members who are unable to meet with us in person owing to health issues we wish you a speedy recovery and hope to see you back at quilting soon.
🎉 Happy Birthday 🎉 to the ladies who celebrate their birthday in February - wishing you many happy returns for your special day.
