Hi Everyone, 

Today I was feeling up to attending quilting and was happy to be back. We are heading to the end of our year so just a few reminders - next week 27th will be our last sewing day at the hall. Suggestions have been made regarding our Christmas Challenge so full details will be handed out over the next couple of weeks.

It always amazes me what our members achieve and today marks a special mile stone for Carolyn who has made 800 baby quilts over the years we have been providing them for the NICU babies at Westmead and RPA. Thank you Carolyn for such an outstanding achievement on behalf of our group.

Christmas Party

Our Christmas Party will be held on Thursday 4th December and all members are welcome to attend. Please bring a plate of food to share, a plate for your own lunch and a glass for the Christmas cheer. It takes approximately half an hour to set up and organise tables and chairs for the lunch, so no pressure to arrive at 10 or you can make your grand entrance from 10:30am.

HHQ Quilt Show 2026

Hunters Hill Quilters are having their biennial quilt show on August 14th to August 17th 2026 at Hunters Hill Town Hall. Apart from a display of beautiful quilts made by members, there will be a display of Waggas, handcrafted items and quilts for sale and our very popular cafe serving homemade cakes and sandwiches. Two hand sewn quilts will also be raffled.
