Getting ready for our Show

 Hi Everyone,

This is a busy month for us all as we get ready for our Show at the beginning of August.

Raffle Tickets:

Jonquil has been distributing the raffle Tickets. She now has plenty of Opening Night Tickets available.

We encourage you all to sell our tickets. As an incentive,  the member who sells the most show tickets will receive a prize. 

Helena and Meg were the two best sellers last show. Unfortunately Helena is away this year. So hop to it!!

Rosters:

Narelle has put the rosters out. There are still gaps so please put your name down if you see an opening.

For Opening night, remember no greasy, or oily foods or sauces and no dips.

Ladders:

We need 4-6 Safety ladders for set up and take down and for Iris and Jane to hang the banners out the front. Currently we only have two.

Flyers:

Take as many show flyers as you can and distribute to your friends and neighbours. I noticed an information board at my local Woolworths this week and will hang one of the big posters there. I will also take one to our local library.

Quilt Drop Off:

Kerry, Jane and Jenny will be at the Town Hall from 8:30 to 9:00 am to receive your quilts on Thursday morning. Tagging and checking can take a few minutes so be patient.

Husband Help:

We need some help setting up the quilt frames and then taking them down. If you have a handy husband or family member to help, we will be very grateful.

Show and Tell:
