Hi Everyone,
That was an exciting day today with the beginning of quilting our Traditional raffle quilt. Grace had kindly basted the quilt and we set up a table so a group of 4 people could begin the quilting. The Modern quilt is being sewn together by Jenny and the backing has been chosen so we are well on the way with both the raffle quilts.

Hi Everyone,
Another wonderful day to enjoy stitching with the ladies at Hunters Hill Quilters. I was delighted to see the “homework” for our raffle quilts being returned and looking forward to our next Community Day to see how it will all come together. Thanks to the ladies who took some birds home today to be appliquéd.
Narelle will be contacting the members who are interested in attending the retreat, so please let us know if you haven’t been contacted. Details to follow in next week’s blog.
Marie K has completed another quilt to be donated to Blue & Yellow Hearts. Sue D made two quilts while she has been away for her home with colourful appliquéd flowers. Sheila made a cot quilt by using up her “scraps” of fabric. Baby quilts were made by Beryl R, Marie K, and Christie.
